Where My Story Begins

I was born in Haiti and raised within the rich traditions of my Lebanese heritage. The kitchen was always the center of our home-where flavors mixed with family, culture blended with comfort, and food meant far more than nourishment.

From watching my mother cook with grace to working professionally in kitchens, my journey shaped a simple belief: food is connection.

That belief guided me through culinary school, years in the restaurant industry, and over a decade as a private chef for families who trusted me with their most meaningful moments.

Chef Virginia's Culinary Background and Credentials

Chef Virginia trained professionally in culinary arts before spending years in restaurant kitchens across South Florida. She transitioned to private chef work over a decade ago, building a consistent client base among high-profile Miami families who trusted her for weekly meals, private celebrations, and catering events.

Her cooking is rooted in two distinct traditions: Haitian cuisine – bold seasoning, rich heritage techniques, and soulful depth – and Lebanese cuisine, defined by fresh herbs, warm spices, quality ingredients, and a philosophy of cooking with intention. These two influences inform every menu she designs.
