VJ Cuisine was launched in 2020 as a reflection of everything we believe food should be-intentional, soulful, and crafted with care. We are a boutique culinary company offering:

About the Chef

Where My Story Begins

I was born in Haiti and raised within the rich traditions of my Lebanese heritage. The kitchen was always the center of our home-where flavors mixed with family, culture blended with comfort, and food meant far more than nourishment.

From watching my mother cook with grace to working professionally in kitchens, my journey shaped a simple belief: food is connection.

That belief guided me through culinary school, years in the restaurant industry, and over a decade as a private chef for families who trusted me with their most meaningful moments.
