Cancellation:

Down Payments for any service will be non-refundable

Meal plan: Cancellations need to be communicated atleast 24 hours before the next delivery & we will accommodate for the next delivery date.

Delivery Disclaimer:

VJ Cuisine is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Miami, Miami beach, Biscayne, Wynwood, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall, Tamiami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay if you don’t see your area contact us to check if we deliver to you.

We ask that you leave detailed delivery instructions when signing up for the meal program. (example: Leave it with the door man or front desk, leave it on the porch if no one is home, if it is a residential or commercial building, etc.)

Payment & Billing:

Payment is due upon purchase of your VJ Cuisine Product/program. By Providing a form of payment (credit card, etc.) you represent & warrant that you are authorize to use the payment method and that you authorize us (our payment authorizer) to charge your payment option for the items you are purchasing.
