Welcome to VJCUISINE website.
My name is Virginia and I am the chef & owner of VJcuisine.
I was born in HAITI of Lebanese parents.
I came to Miami at the young age of 11, I have been here ever since.
Born in the Caribbean and growing up in a middle eastern family, food has been a staple in our family.

The love of cooking came from watching my mother cook.
The flavors, the spices, the aroma but most importantly the love poured into every dish.
Doing what I love every day is a gift and I am grateful every day to be able to cook for my clients.
I was a Private Chef for 13 years cooking for the affluent. It was an amazing journey, it made me who I am today. This journey came to an end because I believed it was time to spread my wings and start another journey. And so VJCUISINE WAS BORN.

VJCUISINE, is a boutique company that provides meal plans. We also cater private events, business meeting, private jets, yachts and more. We focus on quality, freshness & taste. Our meal plan menu changes weekly and we cater to the needs of our client’s dietary needs no matter the event. We use fresh ingredients, never frozen. We are local so your meals will never arrive frozen.

We thrive on the love of cooking and the joy that it brings to others.
We represent the language of food and how it manifests through all the senses.

We practice the art that nourishes the mind, body & soul.
We believe that food unites us to the people we love, our family, friends, colleagues. Therefore, it is our duty to bring together a harmony that will live on in memory. Food makes us happy and it is our job to awaken your senses where satisfaction is manifested.
